I have the domain trisomytwentyone.com, and I think it would be a good domain with which make a site about Down Syndrome. Do you all think I would have good SEO on the term if I worked on it for a bit? Also, since I don't want to pay a lot for hosting, could I basically redirect the URL (trisomytwentyone.com) to an extention of a site I already own? Since then technically the site would just be a part of my current site, would it still have good SEO because the URL is the term? Just wondering.
Its best if you have a unique hosting account for your URL. As for the URL itsself, I don't get it. Why would that be any different than xyzqpdownsyndrome.com? Maybe its a medical thing I don't understand.
lol, I suppose you are right. Let me ask you this: Does it improve overall SEO if I have lots of URLs forwarding to my domain name? In fact, I think I'll make that a topic, since hardly anyone will see this.
It is a medical thing, I'm not 100% sure about exactly what it is or does, but I think it has to do with chromosome 21 having certain characteristics that cause it to be classified as trisomy
I have an article on my site with those keywords (obgynhealth.net) and sometimes there are good targeted ads from adsense, and other times all I get are Public Service Ads. I would go ahead and put a separate site together. Nice domain name. (and yes tschrock, it is a medical thing lol) Get an inexpensive hosting plan (2.95 or 3.95 month is plentiful) and work on it. give it a good year and don't give up.
