I have seen that people are selling e-books with paypal. Can anyone please inform me how to do it. Also how can I make the visor to be redirected to download page after it has bought product ?
You could create a page that if PayPal marks the payment as paid, it will start the download. You would need to use PP IPN. Or, you could use IPN to automatically email the PayPal account with the file once its marked as paid.

I did read a bit of it. Now I actually understand the process how it happens. Should I have a Premier , Business PayPal account or I can use my personal account to do it ? Is there any other easy script which I could use ?
You can try an out-of-the-box software for selling digital goods. I myself once tried EzyPal and it was nice to work with.

I have you tried to sell the product through payloadz.com. They have an affiliate system which will help you to sell downloadable goods through affiliates. They use paypal for money transfer.
