Both you has nice AdSense sites, but unfortunately the pure AdWords->AdSense conversion do not worth - sorry guys.

You would pay an AdWords click price to get just an AdSense impression on your account - you would pay a lot of money to AdWords to get some small cents in your AdSense account.

I was thinking about promoting my arcade game site on adwords but they wanted $0.30 per click so I didnt try them - still trying to come up with a way to get traffic for cheap.

You could use Adwords - but part of it depends on how much money you are making from your site, and how often visitors make purchases. For example, at 30 cents per click, you would spend $30 per 100 visitors. The question is, can you make more than $30 if 100 people visit your site? If so, Adwords might be worth a go for you...

I think it depends of how good your site is, if you have a good one, even you page $30 for 100 visit, only 5 click on ads and you have ~ $1, But after that they will return and/or tell other people to come to your site.

$25 on adwords is not much. Before you know it, it'll be all gone.

Take a test with 2$ as daily limit, and check the results. That is the best way to see.

I started testing with $50/month on adwords, but with my competition that doesnt get me that much.

    Im considering finding alternatives.

    Hi IH,

You (and those attempting arbitrage) may want to consider a PPC search engine with a lower CPC - Allfeeds.com is a good example, and I've had solid results with their programs as an affiliate publisher. Paying a lower CPC may allow you to increase your ROI. :)
