You do realize that this is not a thread about God/religion, but a thread about the escalating terrorist activities of a particular country, right?

 

Do you remember how a moth undergoes so much pain to transform itself into butterfly?

Do not look at present bad situation and blame it on God....HE surely has something good for India up his sleeve...perhaps this incident might prove to be a catalyst and make India settle the score finally with all evils...be it anywhere !!

Again, it doesn't matter if I typed it in Sanskrit, Pali, Hindi, Tamil, Urdu, English, or French. I'm a proclaimed atheist and you called me a 'bitter Hindu' which is obviously the result of years of brainwashing that anyone who talks about India and defends its majority is a Hindu. So, what I say won't matter to you anyway.

Well back in time arab invaders gave name to people living right of sindhu river as sindhus which was a sanskrit term.......
and in hindi sindhu became hindu with time..........
there was never one nation hindustan there were more than 6000 kingdoms.....
first muslim invaders and then britishers brought it in a single rule..........

 

There were plenty of school of thoughts that coexisted peacefully before the Arabs invaded the region. The Arabs did name it though. Before that, it was frequently referred to as Sanatana Darma, as the Vedic scholars didn't think of it as a religion, but a way of life.

 

isn't this the definition given by the RSS.....
i personally feel that hinduism can not be called a religion.......
a religion has more specific code of conduct......
like i am from punjab and our religious values are way diff from those of people of bengal or south india

i think we are deviating from the topic.....
we started the debate at terrorism and now its on religion....
this show that there are people still living in this modernized world with same old 'stupid' sentiments...
this is not the time to debate on which religion is more funnier than other.
remember, no religion in this world asks you to kill others.....

 

Monotheistic religions have one sacred book, one god, and a specific code of conduct. Hinduism is not a monotheistic religion. It is a huge collection of different school of thoughts which coexist together.

 

at this point of time, i think both the countries has gone nuts...
isn't there atleast one person in the indian or pak govt who could think sensibly....

 

Pakistain already has significant forces on the border with India.
