Site Flipping questions

    What are some questions I should be asking myself when looking for sites to buy and flip ?

    Not things I should be asking the site owner, I mean more along the lines of questions I can find the answers to without ever talking to the site owner, like "How can I find out how old the domain name is ?".

    well it depends on your niche and whats up with your social marketing skill

    also I bouht weight loss and bodybuilding sites and they are adsense based :cool:

    Here is the question worth asking for yourself
    1.How many backlink the site have?
    2.How popular is the site?
    3.What is the value if the site is sold next time?
    4.Will i able to add value to the site?
