virtual credit cards are "illegal" I recommend you DO NOT buy any of them, even if he did give you one, youde get arrested for identity theft,
Yeah hes a scammer. Asked him are the vcc's in visa or mastercard. he said visa. <buzz> wrong answer. Easy way to find out if they are a scammer or not.
