i am currently publishing my product http://www.affiliatesitequick.com on Clickbank offering 60% commission.
By the way if you want to promote go to http://www.affiliatesitequick.com/affiliates.html YOURID.here876.hop.clickbank.net <- :)

i am currently offering 60% commission of $67 and i am wondering whether i would get more people selling increasing to 75%?

Do most affililiates only sell products offering 75%..or wont it matter?

    Georg.

You would naturally get more people trying to push your product with a 75% commission, especially in the IM/Affiliate Marketing arena where it is pretty competitive.

60% of $67 is good. I would only want 75% commission if it was a lower priced product.

It depends. There is a point where you have more affiliates on the 1-higher commission and 2-less affiliates on the lower commission where the earnings cross over.

1-you are earning less per product but have more affiliates.
2-you are earning more per product but have less affiliates.

You need to work out if you are going to get enough affiliates for option one to work. Otherwise option 2 may still make more money.

Unless you are sharing your earnings with someone, meaning it's a bit complicated in terms of commissions, you should generally offer 75%. That's what affiliates like ;)

They don't like thinking you are greedy, and don't want to offer more...

IF what you are selling is really useful, 50% will be fine. 75% is for stuff which is Totally Crap in reality like those download sites, weight loss diets, Health Niche, etc.

Most merchants earn way more than affiliates so a 75% commission would be nice. Checked your product looks pretty good.

Brad has people waiting to promote his products. If you are a new or unknown publisher, 75% will generate the best opportunity to get affiliates.

    Good luck with your product.
