    I was wondering. How are you tracking your (free or paid) directory submissions? Do you keep a list of all directory submissions and how?

    Yes i keep a list of all directory submissions using excel, basically stating the url, if recip or not and then a yes or no if indexed or not.

    Its in more or less alphabetical order and i think its definately a good idea if your submitting to a lot of directories, as some accidental resubmit to directories can get a listing removed.
