Wow, you are really misinformed. If you are counting India in that, they are one of the fastest growing economies in the world, and predicted to be in the top 3 by 2050. I think America and U.K need to worry about there own economic problems, they themselves could become a poor region in short space of time! And to hemmingway or whatever your username is, if you call 100+ deaths few, i'm unsure at where you learned your english. The reason we don't get informed constantly about constant deaths in Iraq, is because they try to minmize the impact and make the governement look like they are doing right in the eyes of the simple minded.
To me from the picture of the terrorist, I have to admit he looks slightly Indian due to the hairstyle, however we will know identity of all in due course. Apparantly a blackberry was found which links to england. The worst thing is when the apparent terrorist was on the phone to the news channel, and he was asked what his demands were. He didn't even know, he had to say ek ment "one minute" and ask somebody else what the demands were. These cowards don't even know what they are killing for.

It’s too sad when I heard this news. This attacks this only for down to our financial condition because when almost all over the world financially they are week and on that time India was stable on market. So I think that was the reason for this attack. But really too sad.
Just saw in the news that they were just 10 !! That's a shame really, 10 people, Took over three big buildings, had a open war for three days and killed over 150 people

The UN need to open a committee that will be called "Anti Terrorism" or "Fight Terror" or what ever that will sound more humane. This committee will have departments on every country that fight the terror, aka America, India, Israel, UK, Spain and so on (euro countries mostly). Those departments will gather intelligence and sum it up for the UN office, as well those departments will have assigned units (aka SF units) to fight terror. Some units can be local targeted while some units can cooperation for International missions.
UN is one of the most ineffective organisation that is functioning. They have no power. But this is nice idea if UN gets more power and not bullied by some countries
