I joined neverblueads a few months earlier with a high traffic site and it was easy...But I lost my NBA account because of using blackhat method
I got rejected once and never thought about applying again; got rejected because they couldn't reach me through the phone.

I got accepted in 24 hours. I thought the description I wrote in the application might be the reason for a speedy acceptance. This is true with every other affiliate management system. They want to know what you are going to offer. What you are going to bring in to the table. If you can successfully do that. no one will going to reject you. I am from Sri Lanka. We do not have paypal. Yet, I have never been rejected by a program. Not because I am awesome , or not because my blog is better than yours, It is the approach I think. The "description" field and "how you are going to promote us field" are there for a reason. So do not under estimate it. I have convinced only paypal supported programs to send me cheques. Just my 2 cents though.
They called me a few days ago and I got accepted. I told them I would use PPC for promoting their campaigns.
Why do you have more than one account that you use that expression? How do you know you have never been rejected? You just applied once right? I wasn't rejected might be better no ?
