Joomla zero

Hi I dont have any experience in making website so now I make a step in joomla.
I have many question to ask.
First when I install it with fantastico it say"The installation can not be completed:

- You chose to install in the main directory of the domain ******.com, but there are conflicting filenames, therefore we can not proceed. Following filenames already exist in the main directory of the domain mqlprogramming.com (path="/home/*****/public_html/").You must manually remove these files before proceeding with auto-installation:

".(when I dont fill which directory to install)

How to remove the directory?what should I do?

That the first part.
The second part where I can learn about joomla design?I guess the pdf provided by joomla.org arent enough for me.Can anyone point me where I can learn to design/make a site using joomla?

The third part
Let say I have make an html form using a site how can I use it on joomla?

the purpose I use joomla is for a company site.
*please dont suggest me to change CMS to use just suggest to improve my joomla zero to hero

regarding the fantastico issue, is ur domain hosted on some othr hosting??

 

You need to delete the images folder in
your public-folder

 

I finally manage to install it
so lets move to part 2.
where I can learn designing website using joomla?
Ive try read the user guide making landscape but i guess that not what i want.
My desired website is for company/business..Just need like this I guess

u can use a free template...or buy one...thr r many awsm joomla templates around...creating sites like http://fxservice.eu/ is very easy...go to http://extensions.joomla.org/..u'll find all the extensions that u'll ever need...

 

so just use template?
hmm as you see on the"project"border on fxservice.eu how to do the picture stuff?
And how to make the picture like on "order"border unclickable?
(the picture of a man tht ask for a hand shake)

thats pretty simple...make a custom HTML module and add the pic in it and do not assign a hyperlink....if u need help, PM me

 

take a day and read through the basics on joomla's wiki, you'll learn more than you can imagine.
