It is dated & very India-centric, so some of it won't apply now & you probably won't know who these people are if you don't know much about India. Funny read all the same.

    The funny quotes were assumed to be made when BJP was in power at New Delhi. Now, it is the Congress and those who closely follow the Indian politics only can enjoy the jokes :D
