    Its hard to say, I don't buy and sell many sites so am not an expert.

    They key is that even a really bad site has value if it has a steady stream of visitors. Its easy to monetize a website as long as you have the traffic.

    Even if you are not an expert, you try to help me, thanks for that.

    I'll try to do some research also and see what happens.

    I think there is a need of some system that can automatically evaluate your site and say what it needs and how muci is its cost and how much it can be after you do this this and that :)
