Targeting by state traffic volume

If I choose all 52 states instead of US only traffic, would I get the same volume of traffic or less?

You sould get the same volume as I remember from my previous experience.

 

I found that targeting by states was the only way to get only US traffic. When I targeted by country, I was getting about 1 to 2% non-US traffic. It was explained to me checking by country wasn't nearly as accurate as by state. Traffic will be less but more precise.
