The best i've used is Micro Niche Finder, it gives you a bunch of data and makes it brain dead simple to rank for stuff paying $1 clicks on Adsense.

I done a review with screenshots showing how to do this here.

Most tools just show search numbers, this one shows commercial intent, strength of competition, adsense price, how many pages with the keyword in the title, url and backlinks, you can view the actual adsense ads for the keyword before you even make a page, one click and you can get free content for the keyword and a whole bunch of other stuff.

There's videos in my sig also, it's not free it's $67 but worth every penny compared to the free tools. You wanted the best, well that's it.

so many tools around, hard to say which one is the best. all it takes is a little experimentation and every tool works. everyone has their personal experience with these tools --and every tool have success rate. how u use and implement will determine which tool is best for you, so experiment around with the free ones and then see the difference.

I'm finding it hard to believe how many people don't use Wordtracker.

In regards to getting maximum results for funneling organic traffic from Google, MSN and Yahoo - Wordtracker is king. Period.

I've used every keyword tool on the market and when it comes to data Wordtracker is by far the most accurate in my experience. It literally points out the profitable keywords and niche markets. I've had a brand new site get indexed at the number one spot in Google for the main keyword with over 1,000,000 competing sites within 72 hours - strictly based on the keywords I gathered from Wordtracker and some basic link building & social bookmarking.

$300 for the year - but worth every penny.

No it's not, it is one of the most inaccurate. It uses data from meta engines like Dogpile and MetaCrawler, then they guess the market share of these engines in comparison to Google and multiple their results by that amount to reflect Google searches.

So errors in the sample are magnified by a large amount, it's also easy to spam the results and people do this. You just run an automated query program on Dogpile, say 1,000 times for "Pink Dog Biscuits" then it gets multiplied by 8 for Google then everyone using the tool chases this hot new 8,000 visitors a month term that gets zero.

Google is more accurate (not completely) but the best tool is Micro Niche Finder by far.
