Some issues with Google! The wrong domain is displayed for my website!

The situation is the following - my webmaster has made two domains for website – the main domain and sub-domain one, he told me it is more convenient for him to have 2 domains for the same website! He has written the main domain in robots.txt file! As a result, this domain was displayed in all search engines however the situation has been changed recently again! Now sub-domain is displayed in Google however the main domain continues to be displayed in other search engines! What would you recommend to do my webmaster to solve this problem and to have the main domain displayed in Google!

I just don't get your point: "Wrote the main domain in robots.txt?"? If you disallowed your main site with this directive, then your main domain will not appear in Google:

    useragent: *
    Disallow:/

Otherwise, it should just be fine and Google should rank it.

I think he means the title tag. if its a new site it tacks awile to index or if you have no sitemap

I mean we my webmaster has specified the domain (not sub-domain) as the main domain in robots.txt!

OK> But make sure your main domain is not disallowed. If it is, then it won't appear in search results.

I would like to point out that the situation I have described is typical for Google search engine only! Meanwhile, the correct domain is displayed in other search engines!
