Looking For KEI Tool

Where can I find a free keyword tool that will also give the Keyword Effectiveness Index (KEI), for a list of keywords?

Thanks for the info, Matt's keyword package looks awesome it includes tutorial videos, I will report back when I've checked it out. Why is the p squared in the KEI formula? I have tried the Google Keyword Tool but couldn't find the KEI.

Wow, I just came in keywords forum after weeks to post my KEI tool and saw this thread anyway you can download the excel file from this post (read the content too).

Matt's keyword tool is basic but useful, the tutorial is good & being free it's a no-brainer. Traffic Travis has more features & a neat built in tutorial but Matt's tutorial is better & I prefer his keyword finder. I have some links here:
