I did got about 100+/- visiter. And as JVanHorn's post, These are Unique visitor and most from PTC site.
I believe these are safe for adsense. and they forces to stay on my site for 20-45 sec. However, i am not sure these will convert to sales if you have a site like mine<Online store>. In these 100 visitors, 30% from china. 5% from south asia, rest from US.
