your site loads out of line and the writing goes over your logo also i think you should re think you ads but that is just my view like the idea thought

2) Youtube can claim you for the banner

I don't like the layout etc... You could do much more with it

So I would just restart if I were you...

Unless you are getting a lot of natural traffic, I think you should not waste your time in this type of site. You are obviously using the name YouTube to leech off the traffic of YouTube.com, this not only has legal implications (I think - I am not a lawyer), but it automatically makes you look ilegit.

I would probably sell the site and try the same concept in a local site... something that appeals to your town/city. I think you could get a lot more exposure/traffic from a legit-looking local video site. This is just my opinion, but I hope it helps.

I have to agree. A You Tube site using You Tube's branded name, a You Tube logo, and posting You Tube video's is just screaming for legal trouble.

...and then on top of that, you are trying to make money from the company that you just ripped by posting their ads?

I don't think they could claim for the domain name. But they can claim for the banner if they find your site. Also, website layout looks ammature. I think the margin should be set to 0px and the layout should stretch across the page.

You tube cannot claim on me because i own the rights of You Tube.me.uk.

And i am not using the logo of you tube.

I have made the logo myself. It is not same but it looks simillair

youtube.com can claim both your domain name and logo. why should you make your own domain name and banner and make it unique. find also videos that not copied from youtube.com...

 

They cannot claim on the domain name. The domain youtube.me.uk is registered in my name.

The logo is made by me and it is different from you tube's logo. It looks similar but they are very different and is made by me so You Tube cant claim.

i have not copied the video's from youtube.com. This is a script which shows embedded videos and search videos.

 

i think that could be a trademark issue

Whats the purpose of the website? It doesn't seem to have one other than hold youtube videos.
Do you search the videos yourself and post them? They don't seem to be by category or anything.. just random videos.
