I quite like the design, try to brighten the page background a bit. Not the whole background just the one behind the girls, little pics and text.

 

Well first off...the menu links aren't even aligned...
everything else is fine.

 

hmmm, I think you have the right idea of the layout of the design for sure. However, a few suggestions here:

1. Update the navigation. The dots are a little old school, I would for sure make that a main focus here.
2. The footer needs to have more information to it. Perhaps spice it up a bit, but adding a footer navigation, xhtml/css valid buttons, etc. Something that is visually appealing for sure.

Just a couple suggestions take em or leave em.

 

I think it already OK but how is the traffics ?

 

I think it's pretty good actually. My only problem is the aggressive use of the salmon color. After surfing that site and looking elsewhere, my eyes see lots of green.

 

the design is good,but the login form is in extreme bottom-left corner,which I feel is a bit odd...also the color makes my head spin...

I am learning graphic design too .
In my opinion, there should be some "small size contrast colors" to attract visitor's eyes and attention .

 

I think that you should use other colours rather than just the salmon. You also spelt members wrong.

 

Try using variety of colors, the red on red just doesn't go with the clothing design

Well there is a need to some color contrast in your design! Im looking through out one color tone in your design. use a different color combination.

 

True there are more colors but they all still come in the red category, by colors I meant use more green, blue, gray etc...

Buddy get the idea from some reference site like template monster, etc and then integrate those ideas in your design!

 

Overall its good. Adding some more white spaces will give the colors more weight.

 

Ohh.. I vote for your first design, its pretty cool site and looks so good but the second is not so good, there is a lot of odd colors.

 

yeah try graidents in photoshop other than just static colors

Attachment is not fully visible .Anyways,i advice you a total redesign of your template . Use clear and readable fonts , Use a logo rather just typing Banaras fashion . Color scheme is OK but remove that lady on the top of menu .Menu is not at all looking professional . Redesign the menu with buttons or at least use a better color as background.
