sharmaine - Nah, we are not scamming. That guy is not even our client. Yeah, the hosting is great! The server loads are around 0.30 or so and works really fast!
What do you mean? You are already our client and you did pay using the review copy promo code.

What ever your TOS says,you are also not following what you told when selling.I have seen my site gone down so many times,you said to have 99.99% uptime.
many reports that my site gone down...now where is your TOS & promises?

 

Please stop making false claims, understand about hosting first before making false claims like this. Your site was probably down during the propagation period, where you change your name servers to our servers. Note that this downtime is NOT OUR SERVERS, it is your domain registrar. After you change name servers it is not immediate that it is switched over to our servers, of course. Our server has not been down for days, since it was optimized and upgraded. Do not post in this thread again, I am sick of your false claims.

eh hello....I know about nameservers ,they take 48 hours to update
after that your hosting was down,Its today....one DP member also reported my site is down and also many of my friends,who told I am talking about that name server issue?its new issue that site stays down

 

If our server is down for more than 2 minutes, we get an SMS to our cell phones... we haven't gotten an SMS in days! Probably your ISP or state is blocking Netherlands servers. Ask people here to check your site, it is up. Do not make false claims about us. Have a good day.

The server seems to be down now

 

Yea its down by our VPS provider they emailed the datacenter to reboot it so it should be up soon... I hope this doesn't cause too much trouble to all of you. To make it up to all of you, after its done rebooting, the server will have 4 cpus so it will be super powerful!!

Hasn't caused too much trouble as far as I can see so no problem here.

Would it not be possible for you to automatically send out e-mails to your customers if you know the server is going to be down for a reason. May stop some worrying.

Alright, so heres the thing. Our VPS provider got an email from the datacenter saying that they are having a conflict with their upstream provider and that our ip range is blocked. We turned out to be the unlucky ones.
We are all working very hard to get this solved ASAP, and once its up, theres a surprise for all of you! (a super fast server, 4 cpus with more power)

We can also add 20 free extra days to your billing, please submit a support ticket when our servers are up for that. This is just to repay you guys. Please understand that this is not our fault and it is the datacenter's fault.
