Actually dan.jaye is right. Using paypal is safe. Customers can always get back their money. Just report to paypal, tell them what happened and you WILL get your money back.
But, please deal only with verified paypal seller.

I never really stated you were the same person, but if you want me to analyze it further - you are saying that there are two people named Daniel, that are from the same company, that communicate and accept payments from the same email, and both have a history of scamming, but you are not the same person? You don't even explain your affiliation with the scammer or your company. You also just admitted to ownership of the company by threatening me with legal action, as someone that simply "works there" could not sue anyone. I'm not going to even bother arguing with you and since you are so utterly foolish to say that i am being slanderous, i have reported this thread to the mods so that they can verify if you are using multiple accounts and ban you if appropriate.

The other guy was not named Daniel, he was name Patrick and he was terminated. And yes, I own the company. So what? That's all I am obligated to say by privacy laws. I have not done anything to be banned, and in fact if I am banned, you will be screwing over everyone that paid me for my services because it will be hard to contact them. Mind your own business and keep your nose out of here.

I offered you the $25 that you lost, due to Patrick, and you are still unwilling to accept it, I have done my part in resolving this issue, but you will not respond.

Now that I got you to admit your name is Daniel, i'm going to further prove you are a liar :)

So you are saying that the person that scammed me, dg0896, is named Patrick? One might guess that the "dg" in the username stands for Daniel Gagnon, not patrick, and that if you run this google search, you can see he used the same username on many different sites and he always uses YOUR NAME, Dan G. You are the same person and a very bad liar.

Did you ever think that there is an explanation for this? Or do you just take a swing at everything and just guess. Since I am the owner of Planet Enterprises, I had one account to be used here. As you can see, Patrick used an account to receive payments which did NOT belong to me, and was not authorized by me. The scam that you are accusing me of running, was not me, it was my former partner Patrick who has been terminated due to his scams, which I eventually caught him doing. Now I am offering you your $25 back, which yes, was taken from you from my former employee Patrick but you don't want it back. That's your choice.

Now I know your brain must be microscopic, but come on, that excuse only goes so far. Now quit slandering me and my company or I WILL sue you.

That's not true at all. PayPal DON'T offer any refunds on virtual goods, nor anything after 2 months of purchase.

I've been scammed twice here on DP, neither of which did I receive a refund.
