How can I access a server with out details?

Hey well I ve just tried to get on my site to find the domain had been suspended for some unknown reason.

I need to retrieve the files from the server however my log in has been denied I was running wordpress and need to get my custom theme.

Is there anyway I can retrieve my server files?

 

if u are able to access wordpress admin area

Open admin panel and click design and check out theme editor

For the above process site has to be live

 

If your domain was suspended, send your host a support ticket asking for a backup of your files.

also, if your host suspended you without warning, I would recommend you find another one.

 

Thanks both of you, Yeah i think I may do. I had an agreement with the hoster but not sure whats happened.

I just need my files back.

Just contact the Webhost provider after with checking the DNS info and they will letting you know whats happen exactly .
