I noticed that whenever I open a youtube.com tab and close it there is a long delay. ( IN CHROME BROWSER )

This never happens with other video services and my machine is pretty powerful.

    I tried restarting and everything.

    Are you having same issue.

Try to reinstall the browser and / or reinstall Flash, that might help :)

I think you have problem with your DL files. Unstall the browser once and reinstall it again.

I did not have this problem with Chrome, but I'm not using it anymore, I think it's a pretty early state for Chrome, maybe in the next few years it will get better. I'm using Opera right now, but I also like FireFox for the tremendous amount of addons.

nope, i don't have it too, but it might happen to u, if u have less than or equal to 512mb

because like opera, chrome uses each process to each tab of ur browser, so the more you open, the higher possibility your memory will have to occupy for many tabs you open.

    hope that helps

I didn't notice it bcoz I seldom use chrome. There are many problems to be solved for chrome .
For example, are site are OK in IE and FF, but they are ugly in chrome .That must be the problem of browser, isn't it ?
Chrome doesn't accept many useful plugin and addons . I can't find way to have my roboform to work with chrome .
I hope chrome will be excellent browser, I am always like google's product/servcies .

Yes, you need to browse with another browser, until Chrome gets out of the beta stage.
Google should have never release Chrome until it was more stable.
I here nothing but complaints about Chrome.
