    US hosted preferred.
    i need as many ips as you can afford to give within your price range.

    First of all you have to inform us your budget?
    What control panel you are looking for? cPanel will cost 15$ per month.
    Each IP will cost you 2$-3$.

    What do you think about this VPS offer:
    CPU: 400MHz
    RAM: 128MB Burstable to 512MB
    Disk Space: 15GB
    Transfer: 250GB
    IP: 1

    The VPS will cost 15$ Per month without any control panel and with cPanel it will be 30$ per month.

    There is some $10/ month and some $100/month.

    Lxadmin it's included and it's free. As you said, Cpanel is $10-15, now add the RAM, Space, Bandwidth, Ip's, Management to the VPS, it will be way more than $20 :)
