Is this against the TOS?

Hello people,
first I want to thank all the people here doing a great job sharing their experiences.
Second, as I'm new to adsense I'm not sure I'm doing right with this couple of blogs:

There's a 728x15 link unit just after the image header. Is it against the TOS?
Do I have to change colors?

In http://agnamima.blogspot.com/
on the right column I placed a 160x90 square with same background color of the page. Is it ok or do you think I should change it?
I had a 125x125 button before but it was showing a non-related ad.

I think there is no problem with your ads ...

 

When I visited your blog, your ad was overlapping your text. Take some time and fix your template.

I checked both blogs with firefox and Ie and couldn't find ads overlapping text.

No overlapping text and the text ads are fine, but I have never been a fan of the black background.
