Adding a frame to my site

    Ok let me first say im very new to all of this, even tho ive been registered for a long time my skills are next lto nothing.

    All i want to do is make a frame, put an image inside that frame, have it auto resize to that frame, and then if i click on the picture inside the frame, have ti take me to whatever link i desire

    I made a small picture of what i would like. If anyone wants to msg me and help me it would be wonderful, if not maybe someone could just post the code.

    The best way is to you a <div>, though I'm a little confused with resizing the image to the frame - resizing images on the fly is not recommended for quality or file size reasons.

    lol telling me div means nothing as i dont have a clue what that even is

    but what i meant about resizing an image is, if the image is like huge, with large dimensions i just want it to fit inside the box / frame so it doesn't take up the whole screen
