Ok let me first say im very new to all of this, even tho ive been registered for a long time my skills are next lto nothing. All i want to do is make a frame, put an image inside that frame, have it auto resize to that frame, and then if i click on the picture inside the frame, have ti take me to whatever link i desire I made a small picture of what i would like. If anyone wants to msg me and help me it would be wonderful, if not maybe someone could just post the code. thanks
The best way is to you a <div>, though I'm a little confused with resizing the image to the frame - resizing images on the fly is not recommended for quality or file size reasons.
lol telling me div means nothing as i dont have a clue what that even is but what i meant about resizing an image is, if the image is like huge, with large dimensions i just want it to fit inside the box / frame so it doesn't take up the whole screen
