I have been using blogger for a while now, and have my own site devoted to my certain *niche*, but wasn't making that much money... I decided to change up my template (which took about 4 hours, with all of my widgets)....and My CTR Has skyrocketed from 4% to 22%, all because of this template!! Quality content is key, but make sure people can see your ads, and don't make it look insane either, just make sure your site *flows*
maybe someone clicked on your ads intentionally so that you think you did the right work. i would report my account to adsense team for suspicious activities if that happend to me
Would be nice if you could elabore a bit yes? As in - what types of changes did you make? Where are you placing your ads now (and where were they before)?
Sometimes other than changing the template and work on the placements, using larger ad units also help as well.
Are you serious? Most users are nowadays fairly blind to Adsense, especially if it is placed in blatantly obnoxious places. If this is legit, kudos to you.
congrats..keep it working..its just proper ads placement and original contents..just make sure your ads can be seen and will get the visitors attention..and thats the key
Good job. It's to be expected that the first few days after a template change you'll see increased CTR. 22% is high but it will probably drop down as your regular visitors work out the new ad placement and blank it out in future.
