Meethere has the solution that I prefer using I have used seotoolbag in past but it seems it's not working any more.

In any case, try using this free multidomain pagerank checker tool. This one works for me since I get to see the pagerank of multiple domains at the same time.

You can also search for same term in google to get the best ones. Good Luck!

Thanks everybody who contributed so far. I had not used any of these ones before so I tried them all. Here's my opinion:

http://seoanalytic.com/tools/internal_pagerank_checker - This one worked great for checking internal PR. It took a few minutes to process the 50 page site I checked but the results were accurate. This site also offered several other SEO tools I want to try so I bookmarked it. Thumbs up.

http://tools.khrido.com/webtools/multi-domain-pagerank-checker.aspx - This one lets you check multiple sites at once, which is cool. It was fast and accurate. Didn't seem to have the option to check internal pagerank though. This site offers some other useful SEO tools as well, so I still bookmarked it.

http://123seotalk.com/pagerank-checker/ - This is decent but out of the three my least favorite. May or may not be worth your time.

 

Its seems helpful tools! Too bad its taking too long to load the site. LOL.

seoquake is the best one its not a software its an addon, there it shows all ur internal and external links, click on the internal links and it will list all the pages of ur site with pr. use it, its really cool
