When you are learning and trying to catch up, that's the time that you have to struggle and put in hard work + concentration. Once you get the grasped on it, everything should be easy.
When you know everything about a given task, then the work becomes a child's play. But you will have a great pleasure when you successfully execute a new but difficult work. This is my opinion about the proverb.
when you get the job 100% then you'll start doing it on autopilot (depending on the job). it's definitely tons easier if you get to such level but it also may become boring because there's no where to progress any more.
When you learn 100% of something or work it becomes not only easy but smooth too. It is like learning how to ride bicycle (classical example) if you know how to ride it than you know otherwise not. learn anything like riding bicycle.
I agree once youve risen to the challenge and learned the whole process! That knoweledge and skill is like a new right hand!!

This line is quite true. Till the time we don't learn about something completely, we find it difficult but it becomes quite easy if we are 100% aware about it. So, hard work really matters.
when we become perfect in the work we do it becomes easy.when a child is taught how to speak it is difficult for him to pronounce words correctly but as he matures it becomes everyday activity.
Fake it till you make it. But faking it requires a lot of energy. Once you know what you're doing you can relax a bit.

it becomes more fun and far more easier and then it isn't work anymore and your productivity soars because of it. Its just the starting and follow through to get to that point hat cut the losers out and let the winners prosper
Its quite obvious that no one can perform well without knowing everything about the task. Take example of anything. Everywhere you are supposed to take out the juice of task 100% then only you can perform because then you are aware of all minute details.
