    There is no such latest technique, all old things - directories submission, link exchanges, social bookmarking, article submissions, blog comments and posts. That's all.

    I wonder after holding the link "SEO" in your sign, you are asking this kind of question.

    I feel like the thread starter are one of those really unique spam bots that has been spamming people on this forum, especially considering all this sites are drug/pharmacy sites. Anyways, if you are real person, I will have to agree on the 2nd person and say that not much has changed on link building from what I have been reading as of late. Best way to do it, all in all it equates to better pagerank from the overall optimization.

    I heard a lot of people siad submit to social bookmarking is very useful, but I not sure does those back link help in SEO...

    does those back link do follow?

    There are Social Bookmarking sites which passes the linkjuice though majority of the social bookmarking sites now use nofollow.
    And there are other web2 sites which aren't just bookmarking sites.

    I tell you I was posting 50 times a day on one of my sites and that worked really well in Google. But I haven't gotten back to that level. I think jut sticking to good SEO principles is the best thing, like other have said above.

    All the method mentioned above are old and currently applying. According to me nothing new, if goes for any new it will be blackhated. IF you work hard on the existing methods will be better to be a rich
