What are these engines useful for if nobody uses them? You should focus on ranking high in Google, Yahoo and MSN.
Do search engines link to you on their home page ? They crawl your page and display it when they feel it is an appropriate match for the query the user has typed in. So as it has been said above, it is useless to submit when nobody really visits those engines.
