Project Management Tool suggestions?

I am looking for a project management tool that can support a small company of < 20 employees... at this point.

Time tracking is very important, including the ability to retroactively enter time. Gantt charts would also be nice and seem to be a lot less common.

I've been looking on web-based solutions because then it is always accessible.

Something that we can run on our own server and configure would be a nice plus.

    Thanks for all suggestions!

SourceForge is also good place to look something. Take the project management category and look the 20 active projects.

Thanks for the suggestion. SourceForge is great and there are some amazing projects on there, but I find it a bit tricky choosing between 20 PM projects! I was personally hoping someone here could help us narrow it down a bit!

I have been sing this project planning tool for quite some time now.

Its very cool. u can download the trail version. As a satisfy user i suggest this here. I am using their express version now, which gives 1 month access for full standard version. which seems to be in complete mod
