My new forum style, teen money making forum!

Hello i recently set up www.teenstalkmoney.com and i have been changing the styles. Today by accident i broke it. So i fixed it and while at it i changed the colours again, what do you all think of the green and orange combination?

its great but your missing something very important!!! The header! That is a must, it will stick to peoples memory and they will think of your forum

it is a great forum..simply amazing..and it is really a cool site..

 

The colour scheme works very well i have to say but it does need a header to complete the job.Because of the header i would give it 7.5/10 it would have been higher.Good luck

 

Attractive colors but i think the logo can be change to graphics image, it will make the site more attractive.

 

What do you mean by that, and if anyone is able to create me a banner i'd be very greatful as i have litlte skill in photoshop and as i'm only 17 i can't afford to pay . I understand if you don't want to though.

Your forum have been opened how many days ago?

 

It was a little hard on my eyes !!

 

My forum was opened on the 2nd november, it could be down soon as i'm upgrading to 3.7.4 and i will probably break it lol.

Good idea but as they are bubbles they don't really fit so i'm in the process of changing them, but as people from different countries can use it a am struggling to find a universal image, rather than a pound or dollar sign.

I like the idea and concept of the website

However, on visiting it did not come across as a site dedicated to teens... it seemed more like a standard bb or forum.

Perhaps some imagery or icons of teen related subjects or such designed to appeal to teen viewers might draw users in.

The colours are quite nice, and the layout is very clear and simple. Are you linking your site to bebo, myspace, facebook or any other of the popular social sites... that could draw in users as well

Not being silly, but have you thought of adding a teen finance problem page? very much like to problem pages in teen magazines... only about money?

I AM NOT AN EXPERT ON WEBSITES/WEB DESIGN so please take my comments with a pinch of salt, I will defer to more experienced people.

What do you mean by not a site dedicated to teens? Do you have an suggestions of "teen related subjects"? And by linking to bebo do you mean to create an account and advertise?

i've now fixed the forum and we now have over 350 posts and members registering most days.
