Small Banner needed ASAP $20 by paypal

Hello all.

I would like someone to come up with a design for the following please as when people first go to the page they might not see the price table below the page crease.

If you look at http://www.magazinesubscription.co.uk/subscribe-to/100-Biker-Magazine.html and find the word's "Click here to see the price table"

Basically I want a banner to replace the phrase above. With the words like the banner below, Select a subscription below with an arrow point down.

Something that will be attractive and suit the site design. I've looked about and if you look at the attached image you will see some thing similar..

It might be a good idea to have a .gif with a couple of frames, I'll leave that upto you..

I like your design but can you change the words to match what I asked for. "Select a subscription below"

Also, Can you make the colours match the rest of the site (change the black to a better colour)

Guy's I had a look at whats been submitted and don't think any will be suitabel to use on my site.

CAn you please used the attached graphic as a template, as it matches to other graphics on my site.

I like this one, I don't mind if the width of the button changes, but not the height. can you make it wider and have some sort of arrow pointing down?
