I don't care about the economy..You can still make money with Adsense.

I set a personal best today at $60 bucks. So I don't care what the economy is doing, if you get good traffic and diversify your niches, you can still take advantage of a weak economy. I'm sick of hearing that "My earnings are way down" and "I'm not making money like I was 6 months ago". That's because you're sitting around resting on your sites, instead of updating, SEOing, and creating new projects to make more money.

If you plan on waiting for the economy to turn around so you can start earning with Adsense again, you're going to be waiting a long time. In the time you spend bitching, do some research and come up with a unique idea so you can make some money.

And I do care about the Economy. Because I can see "Big Picture".

True that there is still money to be made, but your $60 probably would've been around $85-$100 a couple months ago. $60 might make you happy, but when you're making a decent amount / day and notice a massive CPC drop across all your clicks, there's an issue.

The only problem with your post is you're telling people to do more work to get more money and to stop bitching... I can go get another 2-3 jobs and work somewhere and make more... anyone can... but if you're 1 job that was paying well suddenly drops to a disgusting standard, of course people bitch. Doing more work to reach the same levels is only natural... and shouldn't be said with the "extra" jobs you're making more.

Anyways, congrats. I'm sure you can make it to the xxx/day club.

People who are earning 10$ per day basis are earning around 6$.

I agree with you. $60.00 is good for you but i used to earn more than $500 a day. and i got 20 websites, lyrics, travel, forums, blogs, free online games.. and now my earning is down to 10 to 20%

 

In my thinking weak economy will definitely affect our Adsense earnigs but we have to keep hope and continue to work hard so we will generate more income in future.

Wow, this is really amazing, I can't belive 60 $ in this days I just made 10 $ for 100 clicks and that is very low for me...

The others knocking his earnings should take into consideration that he's probably setting personal records here, that's why he's pretty happy.

If he had been averaging $100 a day a few months ago but now he's averaging $60 then I'm sure he wouldn't have made this thread.

 

Precisely! My earnings have consistently increased. I have not gone backwards, because I've continued to push forward with new ideas and projects. People who were earning $100, $500, or $50,000 a day 6 months ago and are now making half of that obviously know the formula to make money with Adsense. Instead of saying "wow, the economy is bad, my earnings suck" take that formula and put it to work again to get your earnings back up. When the economy does turn around, you'll be in an even better position, because you did some work when things weren't so good.

If this is your full time job, and you're not trying to figure out a way to capitalize on a slow economy and find a way to get your earnings back up to where you need them to survive, then I don't know what to tell you. You need to be active & re-active to changes, but being passive will not keep you in the game. I'm relatively new to this stuff, but I've learned that much.

 

From what I have read christian, you seem like a very level headed guy. Congrats for reaching your $60/day a goal.. I'm still trying to reach $10/day haha...

I agree, the economy is even better for me now.. it made me think about selling banners instead of trying to earn much more with adsense....
If I get 25.000 uniques per day on one site, I can get 10$ with it on adsense (in my niche), that's 300$ per month, but with banner sales I easily get 20$ per banner per day
So mostly I sell 2 banners which makes 50$ per day from one site.. 10$ google adsense and 2 times 20$ from banners

It's strange how with the economy deteriorating as fast as Google's stock price, that my online earnings are higher than ever right now. I've seen my epc go up considerably with Adsense as well as what I receive for popup impressions through adversal, Adbrite earnings are also up. So I can't complain about a slow economy because it isn't affecting me.
