Forex affiliate programs (2nd tier)?

    Hi,
    Can anyone recommend some affiliate programs for forex that give 2nd tier commisions? I know about forex-affiliates.com, but they give you flat amount for each subscriber, not a commission of their earnings.

    They have a three-tier affiliate program.
    1 tier-$5 commission for every trading account
    2 tier-10% commission from every deposit made by your referrals.
    3 tier-1 pip per 1 lot from the trading made by people you refer to them.

    I would suggest you referforex.com as it provides you best material and high earning options you just need to choose the one which suits you best. The commission is paid on the below structure but before you just need to get familiar with the term active trader. The commissions are payable on the below given ways :-
    CPA – 50$
    CPD – 10% from the deposits of active trader
    CPV – 1 pip from each trade brought by your active trader
