How many months before a customer cannot chargeback their credit card payment?

Max is 90 day after you make the transaction.
But from my personal experience, claim it before 60 day of transaction coz some bank only allow up to 90 day

It depends on the issuing bank and the type of card (debit / credit). Most debit cards are 60 days after the statement. Usually Visa / MasterCard credit cards are up to six months after the charge. American Express has almost no time limit - I have seen chargebacks as far as 18 months after the transaction.
