Reason for selling: Trying to get some cash together to upgrade my music equipment. As my band is starting to play with larger bands, gets embarrassing using broken/old equipment.

Notes: The age and the indexing of this domain are well worth the price. With a little SEO work and linking from some other members’ joke sites, this site would be a great traffic generator. The site is already preloaded with a ton of jokes and has a CMS that will allow you to add/update jokes as needed. A footer file has been added to all pages which will allow you to quickly update the pages if you wish to run an ad network on the site.

A: I have about 50 links coming from www link-vault com, none from the coop. These not included. The other links are natural links.

Q: How stable is the PR?
A: It has been at PR3 a long time. I would say I hit PR3 the PR update after I got the domain 1.5 years ago.

Like the site, but it seems a bit buggy whats the cms you are using ?

Logins now are working. Since I didn't plan on monitoring the site I restricted access to the admin and user portions serverside. I have now opened it up and verified that the login function is operating.
