If 1 USD becomes equal to 1 Rupee, what would it mean for India?

Would that mean Rupee has grown stronger compared to all international currencies, or would it imply USD has grown extremely weak wrt Indian currency?

And if it happened, in what way would it affect the Indian economy? How would Indian exports be affected? If the whole world produces gods cheaper than us, then what would happen to our industrial base? Would we import and consume as Americans do today?
