Anybody who had bought Chinese domains from Todaynic.com? I had bought about 25 Chinese domains. I wanted to change the hosting servers but was unable to make any changes. What I get was some error messages. Apparently the hosts were unrecognisable/not registered with Todaynic.com Emailed them the past two months but nobody bothered to respond. Most of the times the sales rep mail box (jasmine_ru@hotmail.com & ) was full. Jasmine Ru: Where are you? Need I learn and write to you in Chinese?
I wrote to them again: Dear Sirs, I'm terribly unhappy since nobody bothered to reply. I wanted to change my servers to: 247-host.com ns3.ich-1.com - 74.52.16.226 ns4.ich-1.com - 74.52.16.227 Please tell me how to do it. Your website is too slow. I could fried several eggs before getting a page. Do you have English dictionary with you. You have a webcam? I could communicate in sign language. Thank you. Please assist.
Todaynic.com claims they are the best in Asia. The contact email address they gave is I wrote and received the following: > > Technical details of permanent failure: > PERM_FAILURE: SMTP Error (state 9): 553 User (info@todaynic.com) is forbid, maybe mailbox is full, please clean up mailbox.
1. why are you dumb enough to buy 25 domains from them in the first place? what happened to due dilligence? 2. geez, with your sort of email, i would pretend to have missed it and leave you waiting for a reply.
haha, you are funny..i wanted and know how to help you after i read the first post...but for your attitude...i decided to take my helping hand back.. good luck learning chinese, LOL
Yes I was dumb to buy 25 domains from Todaynic.com despite their sluggish infrastructure. I had been writing numerous polite email the past two months. I didn't get any reply except notifications that their mail inbox was full. I'm now looking for another registrar to take over the administration of the domains or leave them with the present host servers in the US.
Todaynic.com has yet to reply to my email but I noticed there were some changes made at their website and I was able to change my servers. They have yet to reply to my request to transfer all my domains to another registrar(s).
why you register via todaynic.com? it's some bad. the best chinese domain registrar in china is www.net.cn his clients including google.cn etc.
though your letters are polite, they are quite funny. If i were the admin of that registrar, I would reply to your emails fast.
