Pay Pal for Pakistan

I am from Pakistan , How can I use Paypal service becuase in the countries option there is no option for Pakistan.
Tell me how can I use?

Paypal don't offer Pakistan .. You can use plimus for paypal payments as i heard its quite safe and easy to use

 

Unfortunately paypal will never come to Pakistan,u can always use moneybookers,its a best paypal alternative.

 

If the meter is about option then you can find this option by Selecting India and then you will find Pakistan as a region of India in Options

 

What?? would you mind to explain your statement, Why it won't be available in Pakistan while IT, Online Business & Banking is growing day by day in Pakistan..

Plimus' fees are high, but you could give them a try.

Other options- Moneybookers and 2Co.

 

There was articles or kind of newsletter where it was posted that Pakistan and few other countries have been blacklisted by paypal.It was posted 5-6 months by some DP member in this section only.

my guess is its because of Banking system and money laundering laws in these countires
recently there is a $$ scam weeks ago in pakistan by the top forex company in pakistan

So that means PayPal excluded Pakistan because of political reasons.

PayPal is owned by E-bay, why doesn't E-bay also ban Pakistan.

E-bay happily accepts Pakistanis while promising their credit cards won't be charged, but they end up paying $5 for a "free" sign-up.

I am sure if any company from a third world country discriminated like that against any American or European country, they would have been heavily penalized.

 

I recently read it somewhere in an article that Pakistani banks itself don't accept paypal so paypal is not the issue then ... I think so this is not the reason that paypal don't accept for political reasons
