Page Rank without back links. Old sites

    Hi,

    Many people suppose that good back links are able to improve site PR only.

    Site www.unknownland.com.kg has PR 3 and hasn't any back links. This site exists from 2003 year. Is the life time important for PR?

    The site has low competition keywords. Is it main circumstance?

    PR depends on Quality content, site structure and backlinks. PR3 website May have zero backlinks
