I need to send Paypal money to someone who lives in a country not covered by Paypal. Any idea how to do this? I'd really appreciate your advice/recommendation on this. Thanks!

    No can do.

You need to transfer your Paypal funds to your bank account and after the transfer hits write them a check or do a wire transfer (or convert it into an account type that they have, such as e-gold etc.).

Xoom might be a solution but xoom closed its transaction in the countries where paypal don't operate its business. So I don't think xoom will be a good choice. If your recipient is from any of the countries below you can send them money through xoom.

I think in this case Xoom will be the only option left.

Yup, you're right there, Don. What I'm thinking is if Moneybookers is allowed in Pakistan, I'd open an account with MB, ask my friend in Pakistan to do the same, upload funds to my MB account then, send them to my friend's MB account.

Of course, I'll withdraw funds from my Paypal account to my bank account or debit/credit card, upload them to my Moneybookers account and, as I have just said, send the funds to my Pakistani friend.

    What do you think? ;)
