...very basic question. PPC is adwords, etc., SEO is all about natural listing. With SEO your profit will be always much bigger compared to PPC except if you are noob in SEO. :D (let's say you get $30,000 from SEO, maybe you only need to spend $2K which means your profit is $28K. But if you get $50,000 from PPC, maybe you spend $40,000 which means you still get better income from SEO)

SEO is for a long time. You will keep on earning even if you have not spend single cent.

PPC needs a lot of money. No one will visit your site if you don't pay those ppc sites.

    in the most simple terms
SEO = FREE organic traffic based on the quality of your site and your link building efforts.
PPC = you pay for each click and drive traffic to your site.

SEO aims at organic search improvements and is rather a promotion strategy than anything else, while PPC is basically advertising (and expensive one). :D

as per my thinking......SEO is free way and PPC is paid way......PPC is the way of branding for short period and SEO is used for longer period.

I guess the bigger question is, how are you running "Magnet Marketing", without knowing the difference between PPC and SEO?

I believe SEO is more profitable than PPC. If you do SEO the right way , eventually , it will cost you less than PPC. you will get more traffic - for free.

Both are the part of internet marketing. SEO is a organic search which you can achieved through onpage & offpage activities.
PPC is in-organic search results which can be achieved through CPC.
In SERP the right hand side result are called PPC result and the simple results are called organic results

SEO can take time to get your site rank well in search engines but with PPC, you can start getting targeted traffic within an hour. Off course it costs but if you really have a great website offering products/services, you can expect good returns.

In basic terms, ppc will cost when a prospective buyer clicks on your advert link, so you could say that it is a good advertising bet, with SEO, if you are paying a company, well, there are lots of different views, but it does seem to be a case of lots of talk to keep the costs up, and not a huge amount of work....or am I wrong ?

SEO is organic, PPC is inorganic
    SEO is not paid
    PPC is paid listings

better to optimize your site.. but if you do have a lot of money to pay for PPC, then you can do PPC. but probably, your site does need an optimization.
