My personal favorite is All in One SEO pack. Just make sure that you don't use two conflicting plugins together. Like HeadSpace 2 and All in One Seo.

Be careful with these adsense ones - most have hidden code in them to share adsense earnings with the maker .... not sure about this one though - but be careful with them.
yeah that is a nice list, also add Wp Affiliate Pro to cloak those affiliate links and also WP Super Cache to keep up with the Digg effects.
