I just saw it so I know it can be done. But how??? It doesn't seem possible. If anyone could help me out I am sure I could manage to give Rep!
    Thanks so much!
    Noc

Edit: Figured it out! Need to have http:// if anyone knows a way to just have the name but still be a hyperlink that would still be awesome!

That is impossible because Yahoo!Anwers doesn't have HTML message board. That is why you have to use "http://www.yoururl.com" for a link.

    When typing http://urlhere

Yahoo answers automatically picks it up as a url. No code needed.

Absolutely, just add "http://" and Yahoo will hyperlink it for you.

I do it all the time,

Just copy your entire address from the browser and paste it into yahoo answers. That should work fine each time.

put links in resources section, but links are already nofollow so it has no value in terms of link building.

You can enter any URL you like - as long as it is a valid source to support your answer.

If you add a URL of your own site (or some lame get-rich-quick click-thru scheme), you will be reported for spam violations time and time again.
