how to be a member of public forum here

I hust saw my details that am not a member of any public forum here, how do I become a member in the foums section here.

 

I think you mean Public Groups, this is a part of the software these forums use (vBulletin), the admin can make groups for access to certain forums and such. I don't think Public Groups are used on these paticular forums. Anyway, it's nothing to worry about, you have the same privellages as everybody else.
