Ok so far?

I put this site up last night, its an extension to an existing site on autistic culture. It will have original videos, at the moment I have ones from google video.

I used a template that I found that I liked and altered it somewhat.

 

You cannot read the text when you roll over your top navigation menu.

 

colors are not very nice i think

 

Yeah I still need to sort that out, it was a totally different colour (bright orange) so I changed it to blue which is not as loud. But that has made the colours blend in when its highlighted.

Because the videos are the focus of attention I didn't want too much distraction from the colours on the site itself.

Actually I dont know if anyone else can find a better match for the blue colour, its supposed to be the same as in the circles, but I couldnt get it spot on.

 

I really dont like have multiple embeds in one page.. You should split them up, this will give you more pages to let the SE's spider..

 

But we will have a lot of videos and people wont watch to search through 100 pages. Plus I dont want to have 1 page full of links to the pages, I have seen that on sites and dont like it.
Googlevideo has numerous embedded, doesnt look too bad. I will try and keep each page not to big though so that it wont take long to load. I wont put more than 8-10 in any one page.

 

Yes, ok so far, but you should change the colors, imho.

 

Have to say, the colors are a bit off putting......the pink border doesn't do it for me.

And the roll over effect doesn't work, well it does but you can see anything when you roll over the nav links

 

I think it has a great look, and the pink trim flows off the logo top right.
Except for the menu errors mentioned already, I think it rocks. Nice to see a site like this.
