Looks good but your member # and post # are scewed a little it seems when you give members a chance to win $5 for registering or by requiring members to post in a thread to guess a number to win $15, or even by having a $30 posting contest. Great methods to get new members and traffic, but it won't stay if you don't keep the contests and such up. Just wondering what your reasoning in doing all that is? To drive the numbers up to sell off quickly?
To increase the member total which would hopefully help increase forum activity. Many people hold forum contests. I have big plans for my forum, I am not interested in selling it.

The skin is custom so you aren't getting it. lulz. The forum software is legal. Revmoe the powered by? Haha. What are you suggesting other than IPB?
The forum design is nice, and the post/user/thread count are great. I am afraid that the methods you are using to build traffic to your forum make it a target for spammy posts (I would love to hear your feedback on this), but overall, great work. If I must be critical, the white on blue used in the category names is rather hard to read, you might want to play with that color a little bit. Hope this helps, G
